There is a way to lead your team to greatness. There is hope, and there can be a light at the end of the tunnel that isn't a train. The problems we face are frequently personal character issues that cannot be solved with programs, techniques, or more hours at the office. Creating a culture of character within our organization is the solution to many of these challenges.
